Conducting daily checkups on all beach services and all service providers responsibilities.

Ensuring high-quality standards are maintained across all the water areas (Beach, Pools & Lagoons) 

Ensuring all Beach operating staff adhere to the working hours & are well attired.

Conduct an instant solution for any clients’ complaint across the beach & pools areas by coordinating with the specified department on the spot.

Ensuring that all beach visitors comply with beach rules and regulations.

Follow up on beach quality and conduct weekly inspection reports. 

Supporting the hospitality operator in any maintenance work needed through following up withrelevant stakeholders.

Ensuring the workers are adhering to professional conduct.

​Flagging any maintenance issues on-site and ensuring prompt communication with the relevantdepartment.

Following up on required maintenance work at the beach areas, F&B outlets, cabins, and other assets.

Supervising maintenance work to ensure timely completion and quality standards.

Supervising on-ground workers to ensure adherence to professional conduct standards.

Reporting any conduct violations by workers or beach staff.
